Cobricks - Community Bricks
The goal in the project field Cobricks is to support communities. We are
building a generic agent-based support platform for communities (Cobricks project) and are using this platform in several application projects.
For more information on the core project see the
Cobricks Web pages.
Cobricks is TUMs part of the efforts in the IMC group
(Information Management for Communities) which was formed
as a research collaboration of the
Institute
for Software Technology at
University
of the Federal Armed Forces, Munich (UniBwM)
with the Computer
Science Group XI at Technische
Universität München (TUM), in
order to explore current research in the domain of agent-based and
distributed Knowledge Management for Communities and to apply this
technology to several applications.
Work in Cobricks is currently going on in the following topics:
- Agent/component architecture for community support applications
- Ontology support for knowledge management
- Privacy and user profile usage in community support applications
